Großhesselohe Isartalbahnhof is a Munich S-Bahn railway station in Großhesselohe, a district of Pullach.
The Isartalbahnhof was once a station on the Isartalbahn, running from the now-disused München Isartalbahnhof (Munich Isar Valley) and München Süd (Munich South) railway stations along the river Isar to Bichl. The northern part of the line between Munich Isartalbahnhof and Großhesselohe Isartalbahnhof was shut down on May 31, 1964. The southern section between Großhesselohe Isartalbahnhof and Wolfratshausen was connected with the mainline of the state railway between Großhesselohe and Solln and on May 27, 1972 the station was included into the Munich S-Bahn. The station is called Isartalbahnhof to distinguish it from Großhesselohe Staatsbahnhof (State Railway station), located north of the current station on the line to Deisenhofen railway station. The Isartalbahn (Isar Valley Railway) was a private railway company that operated the line until its nationalization in the 1930s. The Staatsbahnhof has been closed down since and is now home to a beer garden.
